Your conversation, audio, and host memory stay with the assistant provider under its policies. This connector does not receive transcripts, audio, personal account details, or login credentials. It cannot read or update a Talkio account.
The connector processes only a selected scenario, language tags, approximate practice level, and platform label in memory to return public teaching material. These request values are not retained after the response. The host and network necessarily process connection metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver requests. This service has application request logging and nginx access logging disabled. Fixed technical startup and failure events contain no request values. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or learner profiles on this hostname.
Informational links may contain a fixed platform, campaign, and scenario label; these do not identify you and are not stored here. Requests are served by our infrastructure provider Hetzner. No conversational model is called by this service. Data is not sold or shared for advertising. Your assistant provider handles its own retention and deletion controls; disconnecting the connector does not delete conversations held by that provider.
If you independently visit Talkio's separate website, its privacy policy applies there. For questions or data-rights requests, contact Aidia ApS through Talkio support. This service retains no learner records to export or erase. You can stop the activity or disconnect it in the host platform at any time.
